I'm 50 years old and happily married for over 20 years. I've been active in sports most of my life - baseball, basketball, skiing, biking, active travelling. Since graduating college, I've been mostly working behind a desk and my seasons of fitness have been off and on. A few years back I ran with a local club, running 5k, 10, 1/2 marathons and I completed the Los Angeles Marathon in under 4

I completed my first 90 days (which took me a bit longer than 90 days). I went from 195 lbs to 178lbs (17lbs). Also I toned up and gained body mass and now I'm feeling so much stronger. I have more More ...
I completed my first 90 days (which took me a bit longer than 90 days). I went from 195 lbs to 178lbs (17lbs). Also I toned up and gained body mass and now I'm feeling so much stronger. I have more energy and am enjoying life much more. My doctor is very pleased with my progress and my lab reports are drastically improving. Also with the strengthening of my core & stretching, my back problems have disappeared...on to my second 90 days.
