I have always been and an active busy full time working wife and mom of 2 great kids.
I am able to keep up with our busy lifestyle and go to the gym about 4 times a week.
For about 2 years now I have been faithfull in going to the gym and doing the group classes like pump,power,bootcamp, yoga. But ..... my body has always stayed the same .
I range from about 120 -130 on my 5 '2" frame.
