Round 2 of P90X!! the first time I did the program was in 2009, with absolutely great results, but I lost steam when the shorter days of New England arrived in the fall/winter.

This year, now 44 years old, I started on January 2nd, and am still going strong, hoping to be ready for that bikini on an April vacation :) and also sustain for the summer. So far so good!! Week 7 and feeling great.

That was then...Today? 52 days in and stronger than I've been in a LONG time. My flexibility and balance have improved as well. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing much for gains on the scale. Maybe 4 lbs at best, but I'm trying to convince myself that muscle weighs a lot more :) The best thing is that I feel so much better. I typically gain weight in the summer because I don't like to work out in the heat. This year I've made the commitment and can't wait for the fitness test at the end!
9/13/09 round 1 is complete! Feeling great, getting compliments, and spreading the word about P90X! Still could be in better shape so Round 2 begins in a week. Here we go!!
