I have always been very active and relatively fit, but have not been at optimal
health for a few years now after sustaining a fairly serious number of injuries
in an auto accident. I have More ...
I have always been very active and relatively fit, but have not been at optimal
health for a few years now after sustaining a fairly serious number of injuries
in an auto accident. I have seen many different types of physical therapists
and all sorts of traditional/non-traditional healers. I even studied energy
healing and various other modalities to try and relieve discomfort. I am now
using Beachbody fitness programs to gradually regain lost strength and
achieve a more lean, but strong muscle mass. My goal is to have a very
defined and very-very lean muscle mass by using a variety of the DVD's and
supplements. Since I eat a very healthy diet, I am very certain I can achieve a
high level of fitness as I rebuild the strength in my shoulders, upper arms,
neck, and upper back. Let's do this together!
