I am a 40 year old guy who loves to stay in shape. I have always been active but have never found a workout that gave me the results I wanted . . . until I saw the P90X informercial! I live in central Illinois and am an avid cyclist, and triathlete. I work out with Beachbody products every day and am currently "bringin it" with a hybrid workout including P90X, P90X+ and Insanity. I became a Beachbody Coach to help other people stay motivated and reach their goals and stay accountable. Being a coach has been one of the best decisions I've made and I love connecting with people and helping out where I can!! I look forward to helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be. Transformation story

I injured my knee while competing in a half-ironman triathlon back in 2001. I couldn't exercise with any intensity for about 5 years while my knee healed from surgery. Over that time I gained weight and lost the fitness. Since completing P90X I have regained that fitness and at 40 years old am in the best shape of my life!!
