| My Blog 03/17/13 I was planning to just sort of tough it out this week, I mean, I'm only down one pound from last week. My knee is still giving me difficulty.
Then, I did my measurements. Yay! I've More ... 03/10/13 Down 6 pounds--feeling positive about the possibilities. I really like YBB. It's a different kind of workout program, incorporating the brain with the complicated (ish) coreography, More ... 03/08/13 Down only 3 pounds, but it's 3 pounds I wouldn't otherwise have lost. Knee still hurts (it's been a month), but a little better day by day. My energy level is improving, too.
