I'm a 39 year old mother of two. I've worked like mad since graduating from college in 1992 and I've grown up. Oh yeah, and I've grown out... ugh! I'm tired of it. I used to be an athlete - I was voted "most athletic" in my high school senior class. Wow, how things change... But. I'm done. I'm doing something about it. I've found Beachbody and the workouts I need, with the flexibility I need, and the support I need to make it happen. So, I've begun my journey... I'm headed in the right direction and I'm happy about it. I'm happy with myself in a way I haven't been for so long.

I have a wonderful, supportive husband, who is a recent winner of the Beachbody monthly transformation contest - check out his blog for TEAM DUDE on the message boards; I'm changing the way I eat and I'm returning to the pre-children me, who found exercise
rewarding. Wow, what a way to cleanse your mind of the trash it builds up from work, and the craziness of our day to day world. Break away and rediscover the YOU who has clarity about life and appreciates the simplicity of a good sweat!

It's tough. No doubt about it. It takes courage and determination. You may falter (I have) but Beachbody offers the tools and support to get you back on track fast! Stick with it and you'll find life-impacting change at your door.
