I am a 52 yr old blk female. I am a two time cancer survior 18 yrs breast, 2 yrs lung. I've become sedintary these last few years, and want to lose the weight I've gained in order to feel and breath better. I put the picture of me 4yrs ago on my page this is the weight i want to be again. My weight was around 140 pounds.
