When I stumbled across P90x I was already in great shape... however not at what Id describe as my best or peak fitness performance level!...About 7 years ago I made the commitment to change my life More ...
When I stumbled across P90x I was already in great shape... however not at what Id describe as my best or peak fitness performance level!...About 7 years ago I made the commitment to change my life (of course that's before P90X was in the picture) however, I was TIRED of living day to day upset with where I was at and being consumed with thoughts of where I could be! And so, I made the commitment to get fit! I went from a 24%bf to 15% then to 11.5% in 6months, I also went from 145lbs to 120lbs and a size 8/10 to a size 0!

I not only worked out but incorporated a lifestyle change of food choices and together transformed who I was inside AND out!

Today - I use Power90x to keep me in great shape! Im a personal trainer (nationally certified through NASM, AAAI/ISMA as a group instructor, and BootCamp Challenge as a drill instructor too!) however staying fit and in shape to work with clients, train athletes, stay in shape for teaching classes AND continue to challenge myself to see new results with each workout, I choose Power90x and the one-on-one sessions! These workouts are BY FAR the best and most challenging workouts I've ever done in my life, BUT they are fun too! They keep you coming back for more, and it never gets old... MUSCLE confusion (thanks to Tony Horton) is a LOT of the way I train, and almost any class you come to of mine, you can see all sorts of P90x moves and ideas incorporated into my workouts!!
