Welcome to my Team Beach Body coach page! Unfortunately per Beach Body rules I am not allowed to contact my customers until they contact me first. But we're still in this together! Congratulations on becoming a healthier you!

Alittle about me, My name is Wendy, I am 6 feet tall and overweight. I am married to a wonderful husband who has always said I'm beautiful. He has never made a rude comment about me when I started gaing weight and reached my heaviest. I think that was so crucial to me as far as keeping my self confidence! In high school I was considered long and lanky and was known for my long tan legs. Over the past 9 years I have been very shy about wearing shorts b/c my legs were no longer in shape. I have two very active boys and want to be able to keep up with them in all their activities. My goal is to loose 35 pounds and start living a healthier lifestyle!
I was introduced to Beach Body from a friend at church and after researching and joining I absolutely fell in love! The work outs, the support you get from your coaches and online gym buddies is so great. you definitely feel like you are a part of a team who cares about your health!

Transformation story

WOW! Ever since I joined Beach Body I have loved it! The support from my coaches, the motivation I get from the website and message boards in WOWY have been an excellent motivator. It has been great! I have been working out with Shaun T's Rockin Body video and I have so much fun! I don't even feel like I am working out! When I am sore the next day I still push play and forget all about it! It is so much fun!
Since I started I have lost 5 pounds! I know this may not seem like much to some people but it is a huge difference to me. I have been over 200 pounds for 9 years and now I am 195! I have broken the 200's! I can't wait to go to the doctor and tell the nurse to not even bother with the 200 pound bar!
The P90X protien bars have been a life saver. With my job, I am a preschool photographer, I work early morning hours and do not have time to eat. So between children I snack on a bar and it satisfies my hunger! I look forward to my complete transformation and healthy lifestyle.

I am still oushing play! My work season has ended and I am devoted to hanging out with my boys this summer and becoming more physically fit! I have just started the Power 90 and we'll see how it goes, unfortunately I have bad knees. But I am loosing weight and I can definitely see a difference in the way my clothes fit! So far I have gone from a tight 16 to a comfortable 14! Beach Body has definitely changed the way I view exercise. I have so much fun! And looseing weight hasn't been the best part. I usually have a hard time falling asleep and sleeping well through the night but when I exercise, I fall asleep faster in the evenings and get a good nights rest! This makes me more energized and ready to face my day. Just another incentive to keep the progress going!

I know it has been awhile since I've updated my profile. Things have been so busy but I am still working out!
I have started the ChaLEAN Extreme and LOVE IT! I am getting some shape. WHoo Hoo! I will keep everyone posted...
