9/30/2009 - I have lost 20 lbs of fat and gained significant muscle definition through just 4 weeks and 1 day of P90X. I am a success story in the making. BOOM!

I train in mixed martial arts, brazilian Jiu jitsu, and muay thai. After suffering an injury 2 years ago, my body has gone south. I gained weight from 250 lbs to 360. I have recently regained control of things (I think) and my weight
