I first started the program in April and have seen results. I didn't move through the program completely, however, so I've begun again with a friend starting August 1 2009. I've lost about 10 pounds so far and have gotten comments from friends and family that they notice changes. My clothes are fitting looser so I know I'm on the right track. I love the workouts and meeting up with a friend to do them is helpful. The nutrition piece is the piece I need to tackle now - I generally eat well, but too much and have to work on planning ahead.
