Hello! My name is Brendan. I'm a 37 year old father of two, ages 6 and 7. I was always active and played sports most of my life. However over the last few years I got out of the habit of working out. Plus being a single father it was hard to make it to the gym. Needless to say I got way out of shape and was gaining weight. I had no energy and just wanted to lay around all the time. One day my kids came up to me and asked me why I never wanted to get up play with them anymore. WOW! Talk about an eye opener! I knew right then and there that I needed to make some changes. I needed something where I could workout at home. I saw an infomercial on P90X and decided to try it. I couldn't be happier with the results. The program REALLY works!! I'm in the best shape of my life after one Round of the X and have started Round 2.
