Trying to lose my baby weight. My son is amazing. Unfortunately, the extra 25 lbs left over from my pregnancy is not. I started an exercise routine in the beginning of August; 2 months after my son was born. I was walking/hiking 3.5-4ish miles with respectably steep hill climbs 4 to 5 days a week. (My son joined me in a front pack for every hike) Towards the end of October, due to the weather in the Pacific Northwest, my walks slowly came to a halt. My birthday was in October and I asked for the Insanity workout program. I started November 12, 2012 and kept up with the calender schedule and completed the program January 12, 2013. Started Insanity over January 14, 2013 and completed the program again March 16, 2013. March 18, I started over again for the third and final round of Insanity. I'm "enjoying" the challenge and seeing good physical fitness improvements. As of March 25, 2013, I have lost 25 lbs and gone from a size 14 to 6-8.My primary goal was to lose my pregnancy weight and I have achieved that goal. My new goal is to be 135 lbs and a size 4. I want to be in the best shape of my life.
