I am a 40 year old woman I presently weigh 208lbs. i just lost 7lbs with TJ, treadmill and cutting out sweets and red meat. My goal is to lose 50lbs. I have been up and down with my weight over the years and I reached my highest at 215lbs and I saw a picture of myself that was taken a family reunion and I was disgusted with myself!
