I am a wife and stay-at-home mother of twin toddlers age 2 and a preschooler age 3. They keep me pretty busy and I struggle to get a workout in a couple times a week. I live in Colorado. I want to lose weight to gain my confidence back and to set an example for my family that it is easy to take care of yourself and maintain your weight if you try a little every day.
