I am a second year internal medicine resident in Tulsa, Oklahoma and thought I was too busy to exercise. But as stated above, I was tired all the time and did not feel good. Since starting slim in 6 I can think and work significantly better. I work 60 to 80 hours a week depending on what month it is and what rotation I am on. So in addition to fitness and medicine, I enjoy going to church,

Since starting slim in 6 I have had tremendous energy. (I used to feeel tired all the time and thought I just didn't have enough sleep even though I was sleeping 7 1/2 to 8 hrs a night). Also , I am More ...
Since starting slim in 6 I have had tremendous energy. (I used to feeel tired all the time and thought I just didn't have enough sleep even though I was sleeping 7 1/2 to 8 hrs a night). Also , I am stronger than I have ever been. I didn't watch my diet the first month and so did not lose any weight, but I did feel 100% better in terms of energy and mood. This month I am watching what I eat (quit eating desserts every day for one)and have dropped 2 pounds in the past 4-5 days. In addtion to the slim in 6, I have now also starting running 3-4 times a week. My next fitness plan is P90X.
