Hi, Wendy here. I am 34, married with 2 angel daughters and I work full time. I have never been thin, though I have lost weight before, never down to an ideal weight. I have been using a great diet aid most of the year that is helping me learn portion control. No drugs or side effects and I totally love it. I have also be using my Wii to get started on adding working out to my life style. I hate going to the gym and I can't say I like being outside much in the summer in Texas. So the Wii has been great. I am about to complete my second 30 day challenge with EA Active.

Did I mention I have lost 40 lbs in 2009, but still have over 65 lbs to go, so I am not really in good enough shape for any of the challenging programs BeachBody has to offer, but years ago I had purchased Slim in 6 and recently found the DVD and thought I might try it after my current EA Active cycle is over. So probably around the 8th of Aug is when I plan to start Slim in 6. I don't have the printed materials anymore or can't find them, but my current diet program is going fine, so I think if I can manage the workouts I should be ok. I have been taking measurements most of the year, and I will take another set after I finish EA Active, so that will be my starting measurements for Slim in 6. I really am wanting to burn fat off my mid section, I have been doing great at reducing my arms and legs working out, but haven't lost around the waist as much in the last few months as I did at first and that was with no working out. So anyway, I hope to add a starting picture in August and see how I do.

I use SparkPeople.com to track my food and workouts currently, but not sure I will be able to really log the Slim in 6 workouts acurately. EA Active tells me how many calories per workout. Couple new programs coming out in the fall for the Wii that I hope to try too. More later.
