I am a mother of 2/2. Two of my own and 2 stepchildren. The ages range from 25-19. My two are the oldest and youngest.My daughter is in Dubai anb my son is stationed in Guatmo Cuba as a marine. I had my kids very young - 20yrs old and have never been able to get rid of the weight from the pregnancies. I am an emtional eater and have tried several diets to no avail.
I am scared of failure again.

I am scared of failure again. The problem is that I love food and to cook. I know what is good food and what is bad food. The emotional part of me starts to stress out when I feel that I can't have something. I feel that I am starting to lose control and give in to the food.

There are a lot of things I love to do. I love to sew,read,hike, bike,swim,horseback riding. I live on CO truely Gods country and love being here with all that is has to offer. I love to play our WI when we are snowed in. I love watching the Biggest Loser and SO You Think You Can Dance.
I want to be a more fit person for myself and to feel better. Pray that I do.
