I always thought I was in pretty good shape. I knew I could do a little bit better but I did not see a need, Ha.

I always thought I was in pretty good shape. I knew I could do a little bit better but I did not see a need, Ha.
Even when I first saw the starting pix, I didn't see a whole lot that I could improve, double Ha. I signed up to do a transformation contest and have not looked back since. I have dropped about 10% BF, and 12 lbs. I have brought out my muscularity and abs, yeehaw! I learned not only what I should do, but what I shouldn't do. I had to convince the guy in the mirror to work on changing habits, not changing the body. Once you get a plan in place, the changes will come. Remember, Baby Steps!!!!
