I was introduced to P90X by a friend of mine who was training for the Marines. At the time I was running a lot and just completed my first marathon. While doing all of the running I did lose some More ...
I was introduced to P90X by a friend of mine who was training for the Marines. At the time I was running a lot and just completed my first marathon. While doing all of the running I did lose some muscle and was ready to get it back. My problem was that I did not know how to properly work out and would get bored with all of the old routines.

I started working out with my friend and I could not do 1 chin up at the time and eventhough I was in fantastic cardio shape I was very weak. After going through 90 days with P90X I was able to go from 1 chin up to 15. In one workout I did 77 total chin ups/pull ups. My cardio was still great and now I had some real muscle. I was able to put on 10 pounds of muscle doing P90X. This helped me with all of my other activities like golf, softball, and skiing. Its all because of P90X.
