I'm a 35 yr old male who is currently in decent shape. Since the beginning of 2009,I started working out again little by little to where I have stepped up my game and am currently doing 20 min ab workout, 30 min weight workout and a 20 min run every weekday. Over the last 4-5 months I have dropped about 15 pounds and am currently at 150 lbs. I work a night shift and perform my workout after work
