Hello, my name is Mitch with xMedicalFitness. I've always loved helping people. Whether it be my job as a physician assistant, doing mission work in my second home of Guatemala, or giving a friend or family member health advice, there is nothing more rewarding. Since my results with beachbody and p90x, I get more questions about my health than ever. Co-workers make fun of the meals that I eat and that I won't eat take out (although they constantly ask me about dieting and eating right). My girlfriend gets mad because I won't take her out to eat as much (although she seems to love the results I've gotten so far). And my mother gets mad at me because I won't eat her cooking (although she brags to other people about how healthy I am).
Deep down everyone is curious about health and the results that it brings. But being healthy and fit is more than looking good, it is about feeling good and changing your life and making smart health decisions. Did you know that I MRI of your lower spine can cost you around $5000? The cost of a diabetic to manage their blood sugar per year is at an average of $6000? The cost of an open heart surgery is at an average of $125,000?!
So if you are coming up with excuses like "I don't have time to work out" or "I don't have the money to get healthy" then I hope you have spare change like that mentioned above in order to pay for those ever increasing health costs.
Almost every health ailment can be treated/prevented with diet and exercise, and the other benefits that come from a health lifestyle will change your life in ways that you couldn't IMAGINE!
I want to educate you about diet, exercise, disease, prevention, and living a better life. It's not easy by no means but nothing ever worth doing is.
Any questions about diet, programs, supplements, shakeology, earing 25% off beach body products, become a coach, or what the weather is like in Kentucky, anything. Contact me.

While in Physician Assistant school I developed some pretty bad habits. I decided in 2009 to get in shape. I did p90x, ate right and got awesome results. Then it came time for me to start the rotation portion of my education. Which constantly consisted of working, followed by study. In retrospect this was NOT AN EXCUSE! I told myself to be smart with my health and things will be OK. Well, I got carried away, and got out of control. I paid no attention. Neither did my family or friends. No one seemed to notice or care so I didn't either.
I graduated and started working in a local ER. Life was going well. Had a new job, a new girlfriend and things were great. We went to a football game at my Dad's in Florida for New Years and someone took a picture and when I seen it I was disgusted. I knew I had gained weight but I hadn't put it into perspective.
I made a new years resolution to change myself, and not just for a few months but for my whole life. If I were going to be employed as a health care provider, tell people how to live their lives, and what is healthy for them, I had to be an example myself, otherwise patients would think that I was full of BS!
Althought I have came very far my journey is far from over, nor will it ever be over. Prevention is the best medicine, and my goal is to educate people. I get asked health questions everyday by family and friends (a lot more now that I have lost 45 lbs!) and I can't think of a better way to reach more people than through Beachbody
