Ever feel sluggish after eating a meal? and then keep doing it day after day? well enough of that for me. I decided to make a change, and so far the change is fantastic! I made a commitment to focus and give it my all! So far after every workout I feel energized and refreshed. The biggest change so far is the eating life-style. I am at the point where I do not crave the junk, the empty cal's, the gorging on food because its there. I'm here to help anyone and everyone that has the desire to make a change of a lifetime!
