Hi! My name is Keri and I am a professional make up artist who is always looking for new ways to stay excited about fitness. I am also always challenging myself to learn new ways to "manage" my weight loss goals. Weight management requires a huge commitment to finding the perfect balance between family, work and workouts and of course healthy eating.

For me phrases like being healthy, getting fit, feeling stronger, staying postitive are all a state of mind.
In 2001 I lost almost 50 lbs with Weight Watchers and I was successful at keeping it off for many years. But as well all know life throws you curve balls all the time. And not being able to stay focus and in the present moment allows the pounds to creep back on and for life to get in the way of YOU - and your goals!

In some ways I am back at square one- I do have pounds to shed and balance to find...its a journey and a challenge to make time for me and the things that I need to do to stay focus on my goals.
Two years ago I stated Turbo Jam and I still love all of the work out but I knew I needed more to obtain my fitness(both mental and physcial) goals.

Its starts fresh with each new day- a TODO list really helps me to stay on task and everyday WORKOUT is on that TODO list. WHY? Because when I have to map out my day its important that I know how to manage my time to squeeze in that 45-60 minutes in for me!

Also I have had to face the music and realize that food journaling is the only way for me to be accountable to my weight loss goals-its easy to cheat but unfortunately I am the one who has to face it when my jeans wont button or zip!

I am working towards my goals which makes me a work in progress...each day is a new day with a new set of challenges...currently I am doing ChaLean Extreme for the first time...its an amazing and challenging workout- and I really love it. I also depend on Shakeology to keep me full of energy and to help curb my cravings and the rest is up to me...
