Time to get strong and be fit! With work at the Fire Dept, your eating habits tend to be very bad, you eat out and eat fast!
You gotta get your meals in when you can, which usually doesn't leave much
time for healthy cooking! Diet is ALWAYS the hardest part! I gained alot of weight with this terrible eating and
kinda let go!

I stepped on the scale in Jan '08 and weighed in at a whopping 197!! I am only
5'3"!! I knew that was unacceptable! I started Weight Watchers in April and
seriously doing TJ 6 days a week!
Here it is Sept '08 and I'm down to a steady 167!! WOW! I always thought that I'd
be happy at this weight, but no, I know that I can loose LOTS more. I am a
work in progress, but I LOVE the progress I'm making!!

Teaching Turbo Kick and Hip Hop Hustle is helping me to make better food choices and helping me to get my workouts in! I LOVE TEACHING FITNESS!!
