I'm 5'6 and 235 lbs,i have a 39.92% BODY FAT(MORBIDLY OBESE) , I've been struggling with my weight all my life, I've done all possible diets out there, adkins, soup, south beach,etc. I even went to the extremes like PURGING, LAXATIVES, PILLS, and other CRAZY | ?
