I'm 59,married, and have been on diets most of my adult life. from crash diets, to counting calories, liquid diets, low carbs, high protien,even weight watchers! weight watchers worked. I lost about 45 pounds, in about 8 months. but it was really hard to maintain my goal weight, which was about 120 lbs. I kept dropping to about 112-116. I started looking like a living dead person!
