I am a 57 year old male , in Jan 2007 , I joined a gym in a step to quit smoking , I didn't want to put on alot of weight , in March I successfully quit.
I weighed 220 lb my goal was simple to lose 20 lb's and firm up and get some definition , I changed my diet to what I thought was a healthy diet , that would allow me to lose some weight my weight held steady at 220.
