Hello! My name is Sabrina. I have already had a lot of success in weight loss and creating healthy habits in my life, and I'm so excited to be able to help others do the same!!! ***7 Good Reasons Everyone Should Exercise***
1. Exercise helps to lose fat. It is documented from scientific research all over the world that physical exercise contributes significantly to weight loss. If you burn more calories than you eat, you lose weight. If you eat more calories than you burn, you gain weight. Its that simple.
2. It gives you more energy, which can make you more productive. You will have the energy to get things done that you keep putting off.
3. Helps prevent various diseases. The probability of developing various diseases has been proven to decrease dramatically when you exercise.
4. Healing disease. Many deaths are linked to lifestyle factors such as stress and lack of physical training. Many diseases can be dramatically improved or healed by participating in a regular exercise program.
5. Have a better outlook on life. A chemical called serotonin is increased during and after a workout session. Increased levels of serotonin are also associated with feelings of well-being and decreased mental depression.
6. Better mood. You will just naturally feel more upbeat. Exercising causes an increase in the release of endorphins in the body. Endorphins help combat depression and make us feel happier.
7. Exercise will help you get a good night sleep. Proper rest and sleep is vital to the body’s health.

My initial transformation started February of 2005. I realized how miserable I felt in my own body, I was 236 pounds and I had to do something. No more of this "I'm going to start tomorrow" stuff, I More ...
My initial transformation started February of 2005. I realized how miserable I felt in my own body, I was 236 pounds and I had to do something. No more of this "I'm going to start tomorrow" stuff, I started that day! I had finally got serious about what needed to be done and how I was going to get there. I started with baby steps, making little life changes (it must be a life change, there is no temporary fix) I started drinking more water and less soda. Then, I started eating healthier, more lean meats, vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Then of course, I started working out, which is essential to losing weight and keeping it off! But as life sometimes will do, SURPRISE I was pregnant. I had lost down to 161 pounds when I found out I was going to have my baby. I kept my healthy habits the whole time I was pregnant, and the week before I had her I stopped exercising. Which was fine, but after those six weeks of maternity leave, I had a hard time getting back to the mind frame I was before. My weight got back up to 205 when I was pregnant and afterward settled at 180 and that’s where it stayed until March of this year I finally got back on track and I've lost another 33 pounds!!! My goal now is to do the P90X program to get toned and build muscle; I can hardly wait to get started!!!
