New Bedford, MA Hi, I'm a mother of 2 Beautiful children- D12 & S9. I am 41yrs old.I work with my parents in the family business. Life at times is very busy, but then very rewarding. I enjoy spending time w/my family & friends, scrapbooking, crafts, skiing & vacationing with family. We stay pretty active & try to do as many things as possible. I have for the most part taken the negative and drama out of my life and i have never felt better. Yes i might have days here and there that aren't so good but those days are very few in numbers. Loving life!
I actually never enjoyed cardio exercise, but have since then turned that around when I was introduced to TJ. I feel very fortunate to have the Beachbody family in my life.. I feel healthier & more confident today then I did in my 20's. Getting ready to start the 2nd half of my life and a new chapter. Going to make it the best!!

While 1st and foremost, THANK YOU Beachbody!!! I couldn't have done it without your products & support system. I started in May 2005. I saw an informercial for P90 & thought... seems like a cool program. Went to the website & checked it out. Decided, what the heck what's another $15.00 bucks. Well to my amazement this product worked. I completed one round of P90 during the summer. Boy did I feel great. I didn't get to where I wanted to be, but it definitely gave me the jump start my body was needing. When I went to my yearly physical in Nov 05 I was down 20lbs from my last. What a great feeling!!!. I also had to buy new clothes in a smaller size, that was the best part of all. I decided to purchase the TJ workouts and let me tell you I was hooked. I love the music, which keeps my energy level going, THANKS CHALENE!!!. I have since bought more of her workouts, can't get enough.Since the purchase of P90 & TJ I have bought a few other programs. Now my workout library consists of SI6, Great Body Guarantee P90X, HHA & a personal favorite YBB. I love that YBB combines cardio, sculpting, flexability & meditation. Makes me feel even more balanced & complete. My total inner Goddess has come on through. So now I can mix it up with all my BB workouts. I have so many diff workouts now, it gives me lots of variety & keeps me motivated. Keep making the great products BB, they definitely work!!
I have to give a big SHOUT OUT to all my message board & WOWY buddies. I truly would have not gotten this far without their help. They are like family to me. No matter whether you are big or small, no one judges you. They are all here for the same reasons & that is support & motivation. I just want to say THANK YOU everyone, you people are the best!!!!
I might not have the super flat or 6 pack abs that I wish for, but definitely working on it still. Though I can say I have maintained my weight loss over the last 4 years & that's the best feeling. Never thought I would stick to a workout routine this long, but MDB has proved it can be done with alittle hard work & patience. THANK YOU so much!!!!

Update 2-23-08 So started 2008 off by following a set meal plan. Realized that PP and not getting enough food was not working in combination. So refocused and set out on a new plan. Well that plan worked. The last six weeks have been a success. Lost another 5 1/4inches more and 3lbs down. So eating more of the right foods can definitely work to your advantage and PP daily!!!
Update 5-30-2007 Just finished up week 9 of P90X. I am so totally loving this program. I have dropped a few lbs so far and about 4.25" overall. So far I am happy with my progress on it. I am feeling so much stronger since when I have started. Looking to really work it hard in ths last phase.
7-28-08 Finished off the P90X strong. Feeling so much stronger then when I started. It's been an awesome ride. Now moving onto my next 30 day rotation. Combining P90X weight training workouts with TJ for cardio.
2-6-09 So I am currently on Phase 2 the Push phase of ChaLEAN Extreme. I am so loving this program and so happy to be back doing a program. Loving the heavier lifting but at a slower pace. I feel the workouts just fly on by. My 1st 30 days went very well. Down 4lbs and 4 1/2" GONE!!! I am really focusing on my eating and that has been going great!!! So looking forward to seeing what the next 30 days bring. Will be back to let you know! :)
7-30-09..... So backslided abit with some crazy times happening. Getting ready to take the 60 Day INSANITY Challenge. Will be starting 8-3-09. I I'm ready to get things started and get back to where I was at at the beginning of the year. I have started a new thread to post my progress & to keep myself accountable. 12-7-09 ~ So another holiday season is upon us. But not going to let that stop me from not enjoying it. Right now doing Zumba classes 2-3 times a week. Throwing in CE weight workouts when I can. It's all about moderation. So far so good. Gearing up for my upcoming 40th bday. Start 2010 off with a bang. Going to make it the best year yet to come! Though you know what....i don't feel like I am going to be 40 at all. It's amazing what living a fit and healthy lifestyle can make you feel like. AWESOME!!!
1-12-10~ So New year new things happening. So I justed turned the BIG 40 and I am feeling FABULOUS!!! So for the start of this year I am doing the new Brazilian Butt Lift program. Totally feeling it so far. So looking forward to seeing some booty lifting results. :) Also throwing in 2 days of Zumba class. So for the next 60 days this is my game plan.
May 3,2010- So summer is almost upon us but having no fear and ready to BRING IT. Starting MAy 15th I will be doing a 30 day Vegan cleanse. Looking forward to changing it up and seeing how far I can push myself. Also will be starting to train for a Sprint Triathalon which I will do in August. My workouts will be consisiting of running, biking, swimming, Zumba, P90X weight workouts, yoga and what ever else I can fit in to help me get to where I need to be. will keep you posted on my progress.
6-17-10 Fired up to start TurboFire. Just ordered it. I recently started training for a Sprint triathlon, so i will incorporate TurboFire into the mix. Looking to take this over the top. I also finished up my Vegan cleanse. Not going to say it was easy, but I definitely have changed how i look at food more. Though I will not stay vegan i will certainly stick to alot of the things I did change around while on the cleanse. So all is going well and moving right along. 1-10-11 On a 90day TurboFire journey and eating clean. So far so good. Set my goals in place and ready to rock out a new year. Nutrition will be my top focus and will has best possible have my meal plan set for the week so I stay on track with it. Looking forward to seeing the next level I can push myself to!
3-28-11....Well it's time to get INSANE again!!! Starting April 4th..for the next 60 days I will be pushing it to the max. Finished up the last 90 days with Turbofire, while it was a crazy few month i was able to maintain. I know my nutrition could have been stricter but I'm happy to have been able to stay on track. Now that summer will be approaching us quickly it's time to switch gears.... care to join in with me even if your doing another program just feel free to email me. The more the merrier.
