My story goes something like this: I moved to Florida (from Puerto Rico) 6 years ago looking for a better life. After leaving my abusive boyfriend I decided that I needed to be thin. I lost 12 pounds and reach 127 for the first time in my adult life. I did reach this goal but not in a healthy way. I learned how to cheat on Weight Watchers; pathetic yes. That’s when I met my now husband and started to gain ‘happy pounds’. Thru a customer of mine I learned about the world of fitness videos and started exercising at home. I reached my all time high weight at 149 after being together for 4 years. At this time I would try to exercise as hard as I can to ‘survive’ the weekends’ cook-out. That’s when I started reading about Turbo Jam. I ordered the very first day as I put my faith and weight loss journey in Chalene Johnson and Turbo Jam. Lost my first 10 pounds within the first 4 months of doing it on and off. TJ helped my husband to really understand that a change in our eating habits was in order. I started to do TJ religiously in January 1st (at 141) and thanks to it I went from a very tight size 12 to a size 6. In March I got the courage to get certified as a Turbo Kick instructor via the home study. Now I’m at 127 right now, loving it and preparing to learn a round and get out there and spread some Turbo around Central Florida.I got to my lowest weight 3 years ago - 127lb. I accomplished it while being mad at the world. That's when I met my now, very supportive husband. We've been together for three years and with all the happiness 22 pounds came along. Finally, last year when I hit my rock bottom at 149; Beachbody was getting ready to launch Turbo Jam.

3/19/07 I let go and I'm getting back on the bandwagon using Turbo Jam.
