I exercised for over (30) years. Sometimes I've been in fantastic shape and sometimes not. Recently, I workout (5) days a week and go to the gym every Saturday for a Step 3 Hip Hop class. I started P90X on September 18, 2009 because I met someone who completed the program and she looks "fantastic". I got great results. However, I have lost all my gains and am now in the process

I am a 61 year old African American female. I learned recently I have diabetes. So now I'm fight diabetes and cholesterol problems. I've worked out since my late 20's and sometimes I've looked amazing and other times not so amazing.
In the past two years I put on almost (30) pounds and even though I go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week I really don't see any results.
I started P90X on September 18, 2009 and already I've lost 6 or 7 lbs, eat healthier, feel stronger, can do push ups on my feet for the first time in my life and can fit clothes I haven't worn in over 2 years. Tomorrow is my 30 day pictures, but I can see the improvement without the pictures.
