Well, not much really to say. I'm 29 years old and live in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. I've been married for 6 years to my lovely wife Kathy. To add to our family we have three beautiful children, Magdalena & Emilia (twin girls, 5 yrs old) and Gabriel (2 years old). I was fit for most of my life, playing mainly basketball and volleyball. During college I maintained the fitness to an extent but once I met Kathy I just completely lost it. We started eating the wrong things at the wrong times and it caught up to me. I went from a 36 waist to almost a 42!!!! I tried a pair of 40's during the summer of 08 and they were too tight!!! It was at that point that I realized things were getting out of hand. I started eating right and working out and from August 08 to October 08 i lost 40 lbs. going from 250 to 210. Since then I've been lifting regularly but have hit the plateau that I always keep hearing about. I figured If P90X worked for so many people, why not me!!??

My goal is not only to look ripped, but to be healthy and be there for my children and wife. Too many times do people pay heavy prices for not taking care of themselves and they hurt the people around them. I want to stay alive as long as possible to watch my children grow and succeed. So it's time to BRING IT!!!
