Being an aging software engineer has taken a toll on my body. I found it was time to do something about my weight and general body tone. I had made an attempt on my own in mid December 2009 to start watching my diet and doing light exercise. Being an aging software engineer has taken a toll on my body. I found it was time to do something about my weight and general body tone. I had made an attempt on my own in mid December 2009 to start watching my diet and doing light exercise. After 2 months without much success I decided that I needed more assistance in reaching my goals than just my own routines. My goal is to start with the Power 90 program and then get into the P90X program when I am in shape. I will keep you all posted on progress once I start.
