Hello World! Well here I am. I never had a weight problem in my entire life. But I have never been fit either. I raised three boys on my own so I didn't have time to eat healthy if at all. I was always running them around. Scouts, basketball, T-ball, little league, football, track. I also voluntered to be the video recorder for football, and I was also the Tiger Cub leader one year so my son could be in Boy Scouts.
My youngest is going to be twenty in June, and I have done nothing but put weight on since he was eighteen. I have put on thirty pounds and feel it. I am used to being around one hundred and twenty pounds, not one hundred and fifty. I am embarrased about the way I look and I can really feel my body starting to stiffen up. I have dabbled in yoga to at least try and keep myself limber. But now it is time for me, and it is time to be in the best shape of my life. So here I go. This is going to be super hard for me as I am a procrastinator. I've decided to hang up pictures of what I want to look like all over the house. When I see those that puts me on the track that I need to be on. I hate the way I look now. I also want to coach and help other people as I have always had an interest in health, and I love to help others.
