When I was younger at the age of 14 I started struggling with an eating disorder. At the age 16 i was bad i was going into starvation mode until my family stepped in to help and talk to me. They took me to a physicologist and a nutritionist to get help. I was up and down with my weight until about the age 18 when I became pregnant of my first baby boy. I knew I couldn't continue the harm to my self and most of a a Lil angel in my tummy. so I became strong and changed the habit for my kids now I do it all by eating healthy and working out which I love! And I love to see people transform into healthy and active people.
I believe I can make anything happen if I try and believe in my self.
I am a nutrition freak I love to learn and hear about success stories, and I also like to be one of them.
If products work I like to share it with people that are also willing to make changes in their life .
Health and fitness is my life!! And I want to be a great example for my family and friends . I also want to have extra income to help my hubby out a little. That is why I am now a beachbody coach.
