Here is a little NOTE to you: Ask anyone who has been struggling to achieve a healthy weight and lifestyle. They’ll tell you that it's not an easy thing to do, mainly because there is a huge difference between knowing WHAT to do and ACTUALLY DOING it.

How Team Beachbody Helped me:
I take full advantage of all of the resources that the Team Beachbody site has to offer. I track my fitness and nutrition daily with WOWY and my customized diet plan. I use the recipes, use the trackers and reads every email newsletter and article (sometimes twice!), and posts on the Message Boards. There is so many wonderful and supportive members at Team Beachbody that it’s hard NOT to feel motivated. I find the threads about motivation, fitness programs and weight loss tips to be the most helpful. I have learned with the help of Team Beachbody, a lot about myself, and with that knowledge, I’ve gained more self-confidence.
I am a Team Beachbody Club Member, a Coach and I love to help people help themselves overcome obstacles. My Noticeable Improvements:

My advice is to start slowly because too many people are looking for a quick fix. I would prefer that you look for a FINAL FIX, no matter how long it takes. Set realistic small little goals, keeping in mind that it took a long time to become out of shape and that it will take time to get back into shape and lose the weight. Everyone will have bad days and make mistakes, but the key is to learn from them and start fresh tomorrow. Making Team Beachbody a part of your daily routine will be the most important part of your success.
