Greetings, my name is Nasara and from December 2008-Jan 2009 I went through a dramatic weight/fat loss by using an unconventional method...Master Cleanse. I didn't do the cleanse to lose weight, but I did and I lost about 30 pounds. I feel great and now I am using Team Beachbody to assist me in undergoing my maintenance phase. I am happy to say that I have not gained any weight back and I am continuing to lose bodyfat, while gaining lean muscle. Additionally, since I have been using Shakeology on a regular basis I have noticed increased energy and an overall boost in Health! I recently (May 2010) did the 3-day Shakeology Cleanse and I loved it so much that I will continue to do it at least once a month! I have also re-committed to do one month of P90X for June (2010) and go full blast into "Insanity" or "Turbo Fire" starting in July! I have a couple BIRTHDAY goals I need to reach (September 2010) Wish me luck!
