Canton, OH Hello and thank you for taking the time to view my website! My name is Dan and I have been actively involved in the Health and Fitness Field for 11 years now, most recently becoming an Air Force Fitness Specialist with the Reserves. I have been a certified Personal Trainer for 10 of those years and have seen many fads come and go. Throughout all of those years, one clear fact has held true: an Hello and thank you for taking the time to view my website! My name is Dan and I have been actively involved in the Health and Fitness Field for 11 years now, most recently becoming an Air Force Fitness Specialist with the Reserves. I have been a certified Personal Trainer for 10 of those years and have seen many fads come and go. Throughout all of those years, one clear fact has held true: an overall sound healthy/fit lifestyle will improve your quality of life by immeasurable standards. Depending on your values, health and fitness may or may not be the most important part of your life, but it is impossible to argue with the fact that it contributes to every other aspect of your life. It will improve you spiritually, socially, intellectually, emotionally, and so on. I have seen this fact be held true all the way back to the ripe young age that I started playing sports. I have been an athlete all of my life whether it was the countless hours that I put into soccer, basketball, and track during my school years or my more recent love of outdoor sports be it biking, skiing, or hiking. One thing has held constant, I love the way I feel when I am actively exercising and getting proper nutrition to aide my goals. I know with a 100% certainty that you will love the way you feel too and that we will be able to work together to make many of those limits in life that stand in your way become obsolete. Being a Personal Trainer, I am no exception to the lulls of fitness and the times when it is much easier not to work out or to eat some junk food rather than sound nutrition. My motivation though to keep on the path to success, both in fitness and life, have been the clients that have overcome amazing odds to create a life that they never could have imagined. Be it an overweight client who worked hard to lose the weight and now feels attractive and confident in her new shape or a client who suffered a horrific injury to his spinal cord but did no let that deter him from keeping up his strength, there is no better feeling than helping people like that! I saw their bodies change but more importantly, I saw the look in their eyes change. They received a new lease on life and are loving every minute of it. I now ask you to consider doing the same. Work with me and together we can surpass all of your lifes limitations. Thank you!

It's amazing how far you can come in your life and feel like you get to a point where you think you may know all the answers, but in reality, you are just getting started. I have achieved some of the peaks of health and fitness, be it from a physical level and/or a knowledge level. I have thought of myself as a great resource to dish out advice on health and fitness. I love the fact that after joining beachbody, I see how much further I really have to go. Our bodies and our lives are always changing. Life can never be likened to a painting that is finished by an artist and placed in a museum for all to see for many years. Life in general is continually evolving and changing, and our health and fitness is no exception. Slipping for even a short amount of time can provide very disadvantageous effects to our goals. With me being currently at 5'11" and 190 pounds, I am in no way in poor shape but I am nowhere near my max as well. I have grand fitness goals that include but are not limited to; biking across the USA, hiking the Appalachian Trail, scoring a 100 on all of my Air Force PT Tests, and someday competing in a natural bodybuilding show. I am greatful for the opportuniity to join with Beachbody and get back into the realm of the excited student rather than the assumed master.
