I have had a big tranformation life changing really,now I dont want to go back..I am now p90x certified so i am better perpared to help others reach there fitness goals.
I just finished the ulitimate reset so im ready to bring it again.

I have completed 4 rounds of p90x 1 rd of p90x plus have done every one on one to date i completed insanity ,insanity the asylum and p90x2 now im doing les mills pump..My fitness level is off the charts and I feel great Im stronger and more flexable than I have ever been,I have never been this lean 8.5% body fat.I know the differents now between being fit and not and I dont ever want to go back let me help you do the same
