Hello all,
As of September 2009 I am 49 years old.
Married 25 years with 3 boys and 1 left in the house.
I have a corporate job in project management to which my greatest form of exercise is pushing papers and doing curls with the blackberry.

Not being an exercise junkie I decided it was time to be one. Mid life crisis.

In general I am a spiritual being have a human experience.

I have watched the 90X commercials on TV for the last couple years. I decided it was time to research and check it out. I could not find any negatives and only positives.

I then asked my son about P90X. He lifts weights with football players at the University of Colorado.
He said it is a good program and would kick my butt.

In my search I found the coaching program which I think is unique and can be used as a way to keep me on track.
