Sandy Bowles is spiritually guided individual who uses her love for life, the arts, and health as a foundation to empower and inspire others to find and live their purpose. With the talents of acting, writing, and spoken poetry Sandy has had the opportunity to guide and empower the next generation with her voice and her presence.
Her love for the arts began at the young age of eleven when she received a part in Jack the Gentle Giant Killer, and ever since then she never stopped performing. Sandy believes that acting saved her and writing liberated her. These two artistic disciplines combined with her spiritual walk has made Sandy a force to be reckoned with. She received her degree in theatre from California State University Northridge. She loves to perform, and believes that using the artistic medium of acting healing can be done. The idea of stepping outside of your self and stepping into the imaginary life of a character allows the walls of unworthiness and lack to come down and the walls worth and abundance to come up. She recently worked on a project where she wrote her own comedic skit called “The Fairy Queen Diaries” and was able to perform this piece in order to assist and aid the Gay and Lesbian youth. If you have not had the opportunity to see her perform her comedy you may have seen her in “Simply Maria” at Casa 0101. Currently she working at inspiring the next generation of youth at Inside Out Community Arts and East Los Angeles Theatre Company where she currently teaches acting to underprivileged youth. Currently Sandy has added becoming a coach to her resume.
Sandy became inspired to take on this latest task of becoming a coach because she wants to live as a physically healthy human being. Sandy began Beach Body when weighing in at 253lbs. She began with walking and moved into tunnignand doing HIP HOP ABS. Currently Sandy weighs 204lbs and is ready to take her fitness and health to the next level.
