Geneseo, IL Everybody is asking, so here is my typical diet:
breakfast: 6 egg white omelet with two cups of chopped vegetables (mushrooms, onions, spinach, zucchini, bell pepper, etc) Salsa 8oz of skim milk. 2 slices of turkey bacon or scoop of whey protein (good mixed in the skim milk). 10am snack: fruit (apple,pear,banana) Lunch 3oz of tuna or chicken 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese 2 or 3 cups of raw Everybody is asking, so here is my typical diet:
breakfast: 6 egg white omelet with two cups of chopped vegetables (mushrooms, onions, spinach, zucchini, bell pepper, etc) Salsa 8oz of skim milk. 2 slices of turkey bacon or scoop of whey protein (good mixed in the skim milk). 10am snack: fruit (apple,pear,banana) Lunch 3oz of tuna or chicken 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese 2 or 3 cups of raw vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, spinach) low fat salad dressing Vemma supplement 3pm snack protein bar or 1/4 cup of almonds supper 6oz of lean meat (fish, chicken, steak) 4 cups of raw spinach (salad) with 2 tbl low fat dressing 1 medium sweet potato with a little butter or 1 cup of wild rice (Sometimes I don't have a potato at supper and have 1 cup of Kashi cereal with 1 cup of skim milk for a snack at 8pm instead of yogurt). 8pm snack 1 cup of non-fat yogurt

I'm now in week 5 of my 3rd round of P90x. After the first round, I felt great and was strong but I hadn't really lost any weight. For the 2nd go, I stuck to a good diet using the P90x nutritional guide. I really saw the results then. I'm working to loose 5 more lbs. I know it sounds cliche, but at almost 44 years old I'm in way better shape than I was at 24!
