I want to help other a senior citizens stay in the best shape of their lifes. Even though I have spent my lifetime as a health and physical education, teacher and coach I had begun to take my health for granted. It is time to apply the principles of health and the beach body program to jump start myself and help others realize it never too late to be the best you can be. Each day I use the beachbody mantra "decide, commit, succeed" to keep my focused on path to a better and healthier me.
