My Personal Bio:
I have had the good fortune to work in many different fields over the course
of my life - professional dancer, choreographer, public school teacher,
personal fitness trainer, aerobics instructor, real estate broker. The
prerequisites for anything I set out to accomplish is, there must be
opportunities for building relationships with people, there must be learning
and challenges to overcome along the way, and all who are involved must be
left better than when they were found.
Well, how could anything be more perfectly tailored to this life philosophy
than being a part of the Beachbody team! Now, working as a full-time Actor
and Host, my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fitness is essential for
my career longevity and personal well-being. There are no limits to what you
can achieve when you set goals, have faith that all things are possible, and
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!
My Transformation Story:
Over the years, I have been refining my diet and figuring out what foods will
keep me fit and healthy, inside and out. Thankfully, I have never had a junk
food or fast food habit, but I still knew that I needed to find more balance and
could do better with my eating. Being a vegetarian really works for me. I have
never really craved meat and I am also a huge animal lover and advocate. The
results are that I am the healthiest, leanest and strongest I have ever been. I
still have some goals to strive for, but I know I am on the right track. Being
able to see and feel the results and have so much energy to live my life, well
that is just more icing on the cake !!! I am a person who loves change, so
being able to switch up my workout programs is a big bonus, my body
doesn't get bored. I am finding with the variation in workouts, a balanced
diet, and great supplements, the results just keep on coming. Stay tuned ...
