I found myself in a workout rut walking & using light weights. I tried jogging for a short time & I did not enjoy it. After talking with a friend, she introduced me to Beachbody. This came at a perfect time in my life because I felt like I was at a crossroads with my health/fitness. Once I started the TurboFire program along with Shakeology, I began to feel some changes in my energy, my happiness, my self esteem & my overall health.
