Transformation story

Over the years I've tried a bunch of different workouts to keep fit. Some worked,
some didn't. I'd gained a lot of weight from being self-employed and working at a
computer all day. At one More ...
Over the years I've tried a bunch of different workouts to keep fit. Some worked,
some didn't. I'd gained a lot of weight from being self-employed and working at a
computer all day. At one point I was about 200lbs. (which is pretty big for a 5'10"
guy). Then I discovered P90X.

P90X made it easy for me to workout. Just put the DVD in and push play. No super
expensive equipment and it was convenient. I could work out at home whenever I
had time. Every morning I woke up, put in the DVD, and worked out.

I stuck to the exercise plan for 3 months (my journal is at thehealthier [dot] me). I
didn't follow the nutrition plan as closely as I should have but I was still seeing
amazing results. I finished my first round of P90X in early January ’09 and went
from 14% body fat to 8%.

In mid-February I started my second round of P90X. This time I’m focusing more
on nutrition and taking the Beachbody supplements. My goal is to get to 5% body
fat and build more muscle.
