I started using Insanity back in June 2010 when my husband bought into the program to get him active again. I was not looking for any transformation just some cross training while I was injured and More ...
I started using Insanity back in June 2010 when my husband bought into the program to get him active again. I was not looking for any transformation just some cross training while I was injured and not running. Insanity is full of running drills and plyometrics I maintained and gained some fitness. I only completed on month of the program and restarted the 60 days more consistantly November 1 2010 after I took 3 weeks off after competing in the Hawaii Ironman. I will be done at Christmas time and ready to start the P90X program. Insanity kept me active, I maintained my body comp. I want to add muscle and lower my body fat with P90X

I figured out my balance, my ability to workout to p90x and Insanity each day and not overtrain. I am keeping a log on my training peaks account for future reference.
