My name is Tara Bostrom. I'm a 38 year old wife, mother, grandmother, fitness and diet devotee and a Team Beachbody Coach.

I am in the process of reshaping my body using Beachbody products and I have seen results in a short time. Scroll below for my transformation story.

I am 38 and I decided to embark on this fitness journey to rid myself of flabby problem areas. I was tired of looking skinny fat. In high school, I was quite active in track and volleyball, but after I graduated I didn't exercise at all. I was eating whatever I wanted without gaining weight. I then began my job as a graphic/web designer which required many hours in front of a PC which didn't help my figure. Over the years I maintained a weight of 125-135lbs., but at age 35 I gained and peaked at 160lbs. I was a vegetarian for the last 20 years and I ate some vegetables and fruits. The major portion of my diet was pasta, breads, and sweets to help me feel satisfied. I continued to gain, but I thought I was eating healthy. I researched everywhere to find a solution to stop my weight gain and I finally found what really worked for me thanks to Beachbody. Your diet is very critical to weight loss and you need to know what to eat, how much, and when to eat.

I was never the type of person that enjoyed exercising. I once believed the notion that every woman gains weight after 30, but it isn't true and you can change how you look and more importantly how you feel after 38!

I started Chalean Extreme in December and I just finished phase 3. I am now on the Lean for Life Phase and I also added Brazil Butt Lift to work on my problem areas.

I am 5' 7" and have lost 10 lbs. as of 4/15/11 and I am at my body's ideal weight of 123 lbs. My main goal is to lower my body fat and tone my muscles.

I actually enjoy working out now! I worry if I think I may miss a workout because it gives me energy and helps me maintain a positive attitude throughout the day. I love the results from using Beachbody's products and the workouts are fun!
